Terms and conditions:

• For peak dates we would require 100% advance.
• Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation between 30 days to 15 days of the arrival date will incur retention charges equivalent to 50% of total charges. Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation less than 15 days prior to arrival, 100% retention charges equivalent to total amount will be charged. We understand that due to some unavoidable circumstances you might need to cancel the reservation, in this case the hotel would give you to option to transfer your reservation to another date (subject to availability).
• The check in time is 1 PM and the checkout time is 11 am. Early check in would be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at the time of reservation.
• The ferry service starts from 8am till 7pm. Charges will be applicable @ 500+Tax per person for boat transfer besides check-in and check -out
• Parking and person entry charges to be paid directly at the dam as levied by the forest department.
• Valid photo identity proof is mandatory for all the guest for check-in.
